Lovely double room in West Kensington

Hi all!


We’re looking to fill one double room in West Ken for a month to 6 weeks while I’m away.

The Room:

£940/month or £235/week all inclusive
Great Landlady, lovely Flatmate’s and we’re friends with all the neighbours (friendly young crowd - 20’s & 30’s).

It’s a large South facing flat on the top 2 floors of Maisonette in a quiet street in West Kensington. The room has very comfortable new double bed (Emma mattress), wardrobe, chest of drawers, the girls bedrooms are upstairs with their own bathroom, so you’ll pretty much have the main bathroom all to yourself.

There are 4 bedrooms in the property, you will be sharing with 3 girls, their bedrooms are upstairs. 1 is never home; always at her bf’s and the other 2 work full time at the office.

The flat has 2 recently renovated bathrooms and the showers with great water pressure and temperature control. We have a cleaner that comes every Monday.
High ceilings throughout.
The kitchen is massive, well equipped with everything, and comes with Italian gas cooktop, dishwasher and washing machine. SKY super fast broadband. We love it here, this place is beautiful and in a quiet, well connected location.

The Housemates:

We're a friendly bunch (3 girls, I’m the 1 guy going home for a couple months) from UK/France and Canada, and I’m from Australia :) We are all very relaxed, easy going friendly people.

Location:

The area is fab, we are a short walk to the Thames, Holland Park and Brook Green, Hammersmith and Fulham Broadway where there are cinemas, lots of good gyms, cafes and shops! The street is residential and very quiet in the evenings, safe to walk back home at night and have lovely neighbours we sometimes hang out with.

Barons Court Tube - 2 mins walk (Piccadilly & District Line)
West Ken Tube - 2 mins walk (District Line)
Hammersmith Tube (and lots of buses) - 10 mins walk
High Street Ken - 8 mins walk

Amenities:

Brook Greek Park + community garden on the street. Thames and Holland Parks 10min walk, Hyde Park 20min walk. Sainsburys local/ dry cleaner/ dentist/ hardware store etc - 2 min walk
2x Tesco Superstore - 6 min walk
