Attic room near Queen's Park, £485

Hello!
Small and cosy attic room available from 1st April because I'm moving back to Germany.
The room is on the top floor (you'll have two sets of stairs) and comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, a table and a clothes rail. The house has no living room!

You'd be living with three other housemates (2 males, 1 female, all professionals). We have no preferences if you're a student or professional, everybody is welcome! Just looking for all the usual stuff – respectful, clean, chilled.

The house is located near Queen's Park, Zone 2, in a very quiet area. A big Sainsbury's is a 12 mins walk away, Tesco Express 8 mins and a Marks&Spencer is 10 mins away - directly on the opposite of the station. Good transport links from Queen's Park Station with Bakerloo line (15 mins to Oxford Circus) and Overground. Kensal Rise and Westbourne Park (Overground). Bus lines 6 (24hour), 316, 187, 18 few mins away. Portobello Road is a 15-20 mins walk away.

Rent is £485pcm plus bills (around £50- £60 including gas, electricity, internet, council tax. In summer you'll probably pay less). Water is payed once a year, but it's only around £8 per month. Rent is due on the 1st every month, you can move in later, but the rent strictly has to be payed already on the 1st of April. Deposit is payed to the leaving housemate.

We want someone to contribute, consistently enough. We don't like cheapskates or people who hide away from their contributing as much as the rest of us. If you can do that, you can do whatever you like. Having friends/people over is no problem, just be considerate and give us a bit of notice, in case we need to be up early.
