Hello I have a small single rooms to let in my large victorian semi detached house. The house is big and spacious with a newly fitted really large kitchen dining room and large shared sitting room. (There are two sitting rooms in total). The house is quiet and so is the area.

Upstairs the bathroom has a huge bath and downstairs there is a new walk in shower.
Toilets upstairs and down.
The washing machine with drying space is in the scullery.

The house is clean, spacious and really easy to live in, set on a quiet leafy street with free parking and easy access to train station (5mins), transport links, cafes, local cinema, sports centre with swimming pool and shops all at the end of the road.

Combi boiler means constant hot water.

There is a big wild garden with seating areas on the patio. and BBQ/hammock and swing seat in the garden.

West Norwood has a great community with lots going on: Sports/Leisure centre/gym and cinema just down the road. Cafes, lots of interesting very local independent businesses are still going and thriving. Lidl/Co-op Jun/Sainsbury's/Tesco in walking distance. Lots of green spaces including the oak wood/rookery and fantastic cafe a ten minute walk away at Streatham common.
A big range of fast reliable transport facilities to into and out of London Inc London bridge or Victoria or Croydon all about 20minutes away on the train.
