Large 2nd floor double bedroom across the road from the station: you'll never miss your train! Great links from West Norwood to Clapham Junction/London Bridge/Victoria. The flat is also served by numerous buses that will easily get you to Croydon, Brixton, Crystal Palace, etc.

You'll be taking over the tenancy from me (which runs up to the end of April) as I am ready to move out whenever a new tenant signs up. No fees, you'll just need to pay rent and deposit up front. I've lived here for over 3 years and have really enjoyed the location. The room is large, warm, has a built in wardrobe, and the double glazing is great so you hardly get any noise despite overlooking the high street.

You'll be sharing with two exceptionally clean and tidy female housemates. Water and council tax are included. Gas and electric are on prepaid smart meter, so liaise with the others to decide how much to pay (usually around £30 a month). Broadband is arranged between the tenants.

You'll be sharing a kitchen and bathroom with the other flatmates. A new cooker, boiler, and washing machine have been installed over the past couple of years, and both bathroom. and kitchen have had new flooring.

West Norwood is a thriving area with lots going on (a new Picturehouse Cinema opened recently just around the corner). Tesco Express, Coop, Sainsbury's Local, Iceland, and numerous restaurants and cafes are all within a short walk so you will never go hungry!
