This is a lovely very large double bedroom in a newly renovated, stylish trendy flat with brilliant connections to London Bridge and Victoria (both under 20 minutes) and is available immediately.
The flat has three bedrooms in total and is shared with two other professionals both who only use it as a Monday-Friday let, one of which is the owner (me!).
We are both very easy-going - I work in the music industry and have a family in Somerset, and Luke has a family outside of London. We are both scarcely at the property in the week as we work long hours or head to the gym in the morning and evenings. Both of our rooms have everything we need so often we take ourselves off to watch TV or read in the evening. You would pretty much have the run of the place to yourself!
There is free off street private car parking included for up to 2 cars in the rental price and bike storage offsite but nearby.
West Norwood station (an 8 min walk from flat) has trains to Victoria 4 trains an hour to London Bridge. Nearby Tulse Hill station has trains to Blackfriars, Farringdon and St Pancras. Both West Norwood and Tulse Hill stations are in Zone 3.
West Norwood itself is a trendy area with a Picturehouse Cinema, South London Theatre, Gastro pubs, good restaurants and cafes. It has a newly kitted out Leisure Centre which is great if you're into wellbeing and fitness.
The flat has super fast broadband, a brand nice new kitchen with great washer/dryer, cooker, microwave etc.. all new and there for you to use.
Bathroom has a decent shower. You’d be free to make use of kitchen/bathroom and living room whenever you want - we are friendly, sociable, laid back and often not there at all!
Your room has hanging space for clothes, a good sized chest of drawers, a large and very comfortable double bed, TV & Roku (Netflix) and shelves for books.
Everything in the flat is brand new and will make a great base for London working. The photos don't really do it justice - its a great room and is available on a permanent basis.
Whist I would prefer a Monday-Friday flat mate I will consider applications from anyone wanting to use the flat 7 days a week (rental price will depend on circumstances) I’ll also consider applications from couples.
