This is a spacious new loft conversion with plenty of light, very comfortable, huge new bed, lovely bathroom. It's at the top of the house so is very private and has the feel of a self contained studio. Fantastic views of the city from front velux windows and of the garden from the juliet balcony. Price includes sole use of the downstairs living room. This is negotiable should you not want to use it. Couples are welcome at increased rent of £750.
There is a second bathroom available for use with a bath and shower. Downstairs is the small and cosy living room and a lovely sunny modern kitchen diner.
Transport wise its about a ten minute walk to West Norwood station where you can get a train to Victoria or London Bridge. Or a bus three minutes away goes to Brixton or Clapham Common for the tube.
The house is mine, I usually occupy this room but will be abroad and it is available from 19 January until 5 April. Dates are negotiable by a few days.
Also living in the house are my son Liam and lodger Shane. Both very easy going. No smoking house though. Absolutely no tobacco indoors but here is a garden you can use. Liam vapes in his room sometimes.
It's a peaceful house, we each get on with our own lives.
