Spacious double room is available in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat on a quiet street in West Norwood. Separate kitchen (with amazing views across London) and living room, both very large.

Rent is £675 per month plus bills, which are approx. £90 per month. Private landlord so no estate agent fees and the deposit is 5 weeks rent. Room will be available to move in as early as 19th Jan and 1st Feb the latest.

You'll be sharing the flat with two other girls, aged 26 and 29. One works in marketing and the other is a paralegal. We're a sociable house and we like to arrange evenings out together and have friends over on the weekends. We are looking for a female housemate, aged 26-32 sociable, laid-back and very tidy.

Really easy to get around London. We're a 10 minute walk to West Norwood station and 13 min walk to Tulse Hill station (direct trains to London Bridge, Blackfriars, Victoria, Clapham Junction etc.) also 15 minute bus ride to Brixton tube station. We have Co-op, Sainsbury, Tesco, coffee shops, and pubs all on the high street.
