We have a lovely double room to let in spacious house in West Norwood, available from the 2nd of February.

Very convenient location, 5 min walk to West Norwood Station and approx 10 min walk to Tulse Hill Station. Grocery shops, pubs and cafes just down the road 5 min away. It's a quite quiet, very green and safe residential neighborhood with high sense of community.

Room to let is on the first floor, has two windows, one facing to the back courtyard and the other to the front road - however street is very quiet. On the ground floor we have a lot of communal spaces open to use by everyone. There is a cosy living room, study/office room, dinning-laundry room and the kitchen. Also, there is a lovely backgarden, perfect for gardening or having a bbq.

Rent is £488 and all bills come to approx £100 including the council tax. 1 month deposit is required. Move in date is the 2nd of February.
