Sadly, my Canadian flatmates are moving out consecutively this month and next (one is moving in with her boyfriend and the other’s VISA is ending) so I am looking to fill their rooms.

The flat is an upper floor, 3-bed maisonette on a quiet street in West Norwood with street parking if you need it (no permits) . There are two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen with amazing views of London and a separate big lounge, complete with three sofas.

The two bedrooms differ in size, hence the price difference, but the smaller one (with the red chest of draws) still has ample space as seen in the photos.

Room 1
This is the larger room which is huge and a steal at £620pcm. It's above the kitchen so the views are even better from here.
Available to move in before February 1st, 2020.

Room 2
This one is on the entrance level and next to one of the bathrooms (almost as good as your own). Still spacious and a bargain at £540pcm.
Available from March 1st, 2020

Both prices exclude bills which are approximately £90 a month.
You'll have a private landlord so no agency fees. You just need a deposit of 5 weeks rent which is protected in the usual way.

The location makes it really easy to travel around as we are in between both West Norwood & Tulse Hill train stations, only 8 mins walk to West Norwood and 12mins to Tulse Hill. There are direct trains to London Bridge, Blackfriars, Victoria and Clapham Junction. Loads of buses nearby too, including to Brixton in 15 minutes. The high street is a short walk away with plenty of shops (we have a Co-Op, Tesco, Sainsburys & Iceland), coffee shops and pubs too. There is also a leisure centre just by West Norwood Station, great if you're into the gym. Streatham isn’t too far either (5 min drive or 25 mins walk) where there is a big Tesco Extra and an Aldi, among other things.

You’ll be living with me (Georgia), a 26-year-old Paralegal originally from Southampton and initially one other depending on which room you are after. The current household is made up of female working professionals in their mid-late twenties. We like to keep it tidy but it’s a laid back environment and fairly social (happy to have friends over etc but equally respectful of each others space).

Looking for a female housemate (approx. age 26 – 32), similar to the above (sorry, no students), clean tidy and just nice.
