I am currently looking for someone to take over the last 6 months of my tenancy that I shared with a friend from university who is a professional working for a bank.
However, I am now moving in with my partner.
The room is furnished with a double bed and mattress that were bought new and are less than a year old, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and curtains. I will be leaving these for free to whoever takes over the tenancy.
The flat is equipped with crockery and there is a bright open plan kitchen-living room.
The area is quiet, the train station with 20 minute links to Victoria and London Bridge is 5 minutes walk away and 10 minutes to Balham, as well as a bus stop 3 minutes walk away with buses to Marylebone, Brixton, Elephant and Castle and Streatham.
There are 3 super markets 3 minutes walk away as well as a 24-hour convenience store, independent coffee shops and a pizzeria.
