Sunny 1-Bed Flat - Bills Inc. - 29/6 to 13/8

My lovely sunny 1-bed flat in South London (Zone 3) is available for a short-term let over the summer, from Sunday 29th June until Wednesday 13th August while I'm travelling in South America.

The rent includes all bills (energy, water, council tax, internet, Amazon Prime). It’s a lovely, cosy flat, and I really enjoy living here. Here are the details:

- Bright first-floor Victorian conversion flat
- Spacious living room (sofa, TV, desk, monitor)
- South-facing bedroom (king size bed, blackout curtains, leafy garden views)
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Bathroom with bath and brand new electric shower.
- Quiet neighbours, safe area with excellent transport links to Victoria, London Bridge, Farringdon, Kings Cross (all 20-30 mins) - though I usually Lime bike to Brixton tube (12 mins)

Terms: £500 deposit + rent in advance. A shorthold tenancy contract will be provided for reassurance.

I've lived here for 4 years and this is a peaceful, quiet space, so I’m looking for someone considerate and respectful of my neighbours. Having rented myself for years, I understand how tricky landlords can be - so I try to make the process as smooth as possible. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

I take great care of the flat and expect the same from whoever I rent it to. Any damage to the property / contents would be deducted from the deposit, but I’ll handle this fairly and transparently if in the unlikely event that it arises.
