I’m looking for a friendly and chilled person to share a wonderful house in West Norwood. The house has a warm and relaxing lounge, open-plan dining room/kitchen, with 2 good size double bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The bedroom is a good size double (14ft x 10ft) furnished with a wardrobe, double bed and a chest of drawers. There's a good size back garden with front decking and space to chill out and soak up the sunshine. I also have a lot of loft space for additional storage.

I’m just off Knights Hill, close to the Fire Station and it's a 7 minutes walk to West Norwood station (direct trains to Clapham Junction, London Bridge and Victoria), 1 min walk for buses to Elephant Castle & Euston (468/196), Brixton (432/196/2), 10 min bus journey (432/417) or 20 min walk to Crystal Palace and free street parking with no restrictions if you own a car.

Tivoli Park is on the doorstep with Norwood Park, Norwood Grove and Streatham Common only 10 min walk away.
West Norwood has a great high street and has everything you need, including a gym, pool, 4 screen PictureHouse cinema and some great cafes, restaurants and bars. There are also local shops 5 minutes walk further up on Crown Point including a chemist, petrol station, Tesco's Local and Lidl.

I’m looking for a professional 30-55 who wants to live with just one other person and a Cavapoo dog named Barney. I love my soul music and enjoy photography, film, yoga, and a good bottle of wine on a Friday night! I have family close by and I’m pretty busy during the week but it would good to live with a like minded person who is tidy, clean, relaxed and respectful, who has their own life but likes a good Netflix series, getting out and about for walks, is a bit green fingered and enjoys getting the garden looking gorgeous for the Spring.
