Double Room in South London House

Hey all,

We have a double room in Streatham / West Norwood (SE27 0ND) which is available in June. More details below, if you’re interested drop me a message with some info about yourself :)

Rent: £587 p/m
Bills: avg. £170 p/m
Deposit: £580

The bed will be going, there is a wardrobe which could be added, as well as a built in one, so plenty of storage.

Tenancy: 1 year with possibility of 6 month break clause. We rent via an agency and the landlord is lovely.

The renting agency unfortunately do not accept zero hour contracts or fixed term as tenants must be in employment for the duration of the contract.

There are 4 rooms in the house occupied by myself, Anna, and Rosa. We all do hybrid working so sometimes at home sometimes in the office.

We will have a good chat in the kitchen and sometimes do activities like yoga in the garden. But we all have our own lives and are respectful of each other’s space, we keep it a tidy, clean, chill home🏡 must be LGBT+ friendly.

West Norwood is the closest high street with Co-Op, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Iceland, B&Q etc. There is a Lidl a 10 min bus ride away, and Streatham high street is a 10 min bus ride.
