I've been living here for four years and really like the area. The local library is also a Picturehouse Cinema, and is one of my favourite places nearby. There's also plenty of options for supermarkets, pubs, bakeries, coffee shops, etc. all within a short walk.

I work for the NHS as a Biomedical Scientist and have a passion for the arts, especially live music, theatre and comedy.

The successful applicant will have to pass the landlord's vetting checks for their tenancy to be approved, but as the current tenant I will be the point of contact for initial enquiries and viewings.
