Looking for a mature, tidy tenant to rent a large furnished double room in my 4 bedroomed, 2 bathroom West Norwood town house with garden.
Will be sharing house with live in landlord and a small friendly dog.
Bedroom furnished with double bed, chest of drawers and large double wardrobe as per photos and is quiet and looking out over garden and green areas. There are 2 bathrooms so the separate bathroom adjacent to the room is essentially for the tenant.
Ground floor is communal and consists of a large front room with seating, tv and open fire and a kitchen/diner with all the usual appliances, breakfast bar and dining table.
House is located on a quiet residential street with free parking, it is a 10 min walk to West Norwood train station and main bus routes. There is a nice park just around the corner and Crystal Palace a 25 min walk up (uphill).
Tenant pets may be considered dependant upon compatibility with my dog.
