The spacious double room is located on the ground floor of the house and has access to its own little private deck. It was freshly painted last year and the furniture can stay (for sale for a price that can be discussed/negotiated), or can be removed.
The three storey house itself is big, with a cosy lounge, well equipped kitchen, bathroom and another separate toilet. The back garden is well kept and green, with some outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunshine.
The housemates are very friendly, tidy and low maintenance. Professionals, some working from home; happy to watch a movie together or visit a pub, but with no obligations.
The location is well connected with buses and is only a couple mins walk from the West Norwood train station.
