Cosy house in south london

The room

We are looking to fill out newly refurbished spare room. It is 3mx3m south facing with a lot of natural light. The house has a spacious living room, beautiful kitchen, and cute garden. Bills and council tax are around £130 but likely to come down soon (as a contract ends). The room is either unfurnished or has a storage bed and bedside chest of drawers. Additionally there is free street parking.

It's a 10-15 minute walk to tulse hill station (Thameslink) (15 minutes to central), 5 minutes from west Norwood station (southern), and a 15 minute bus to Brixton. We are on a quiet side street within a minute walk of the high street with lots of cafes, pubs, and several supermarkets. The local library/cinema/cafe is only a 2 minute walk. The area feels very much like a neighbourhood with lots of young families around.

We are a sociable house, often hanging out in the kitchen in the evenings while we cook as well as occasional film/craft/games nights. Though we each appreciate time alone too. A housemate's girlfriend is often around so the gender balance is not bad either. We have a few LGBT and neurodivergent members of the household so are very accepting of people being who they are x

We are looking for a new friend to fill the room as soon as possible. Ideally someone who is keen to live in a sociable house and is between 21 and 33 years old to join our group.

I only moved in and met the house 6 months ago, have been very warmly welcomed, and already feel like I've known them a lot longer.
