Room to rent in a shared semi detached house.
The room has an excellent view of the garden with lots of natural light - it currently has a double bed in it with under the bed storage. However the bed does not have to stay if not wanted.
The house has spacious shared areas such as a large kitchen and large living room and a garden.
The area is nice and has many public transport options including two train stations that get you into central London within 30 mins. One is a 5 minute walk from the house (West Norwood) and the other 10 minutes (Tulse hill).
The housemates are all friends and we have fostered a homely environment where we can all chat in the communal areas and we occasionally do things together as a house.
Shared hobbies include gardening, music, art and crafting.
