A cosy room within a nicely converted Victorian style two bedroom flat close to public transport and the shops on the village high street (Monday to Friday only) - very close to the station. (West Norwood 2min + Tulse Hill 6min walk).
The room has an elevated double bed with storage underneath the bed, a large wardrobe, cupboard and shelves. There is a small kitchen with open living room arrangement. No work desk in the room, no space for additional furniture.
I am looking for an easy going, tidy person (female) who is professionally working or a postgraduate student who likes a quiet setting to share the flat during the week with a professionally working flatmate. There us an outside open space for cycle storage and a small shared garden area.
The flat is not suitable to work from home. (Electricity and gas are low but usage related and shared) . TV license included.
The flat is very well located, in a quiet cul de sac off the main road, 2min to shops, cafes, bus and train station. (10 min to Brixton Tube by bus, 2night bus stops) There is a common green space in front of the building.
Minimum stay 3 months - long stay preferred. .
