I have a Spacious Double room available in a well maintained home in West Norwood. The room is newly decorated and fully furnished with a comfortable double
bed, a chest of drawers, double wardrobe and desk/dressing table. It is bright and sunny, with a pleasant view overlooking a
small garden. It is a 2 bed terrace house, with free parking on the road if you drive. You would be residing with 1 other person (live in landlady).
It is an established home and not a joint share. The area has a number of Local supermarkets, shops and cafes close by. Also a modern cinema and library, a Leisure centre with a swimming pool and gym are less than 2 mins walk away. There are many other local activities to enjoy in this area, including the popular monthly 'Norwood Feast.' The location is excellent for travel by train or bus.
Bus stops and the local train station are less than 5 mins walk away providing regular trains to Victoria and London Bridge Stations as well as local spots. West Norwood is a nice location surrounded by parks and green spaces, if you enjoy cycling, walking or jogging. My home is pretty relaxed and quite a peaceful environment and I may have the occasional family gathering. I'm a friendly sociable person, enjoy a chat and a giggle. I appreciate that a balance of both social and solo time, works well for most of us. It is important to me that a potential tenant is
mindful and respectful of the home. Also a clean and tidy person that's hygienic in the home, and prepared to share in the general day to day cleanliness and upkeep of the house, by keeping essential and shared areas like kitchen, bathroom and toilet clean and tidy after use. I am looking for
a professional person that's secure in employment. Someone pleasant and respectful, working full time, that does not work totally from home, although the occasional day is ok.
Please appreciate, that it is a small long established family type of home, so therefore there is no extra storage space. Please also note that although quite relaxed, it's not a fun, party house type of set up.

Rent is £800 per month inc all usual bills plus broadband
There is a £500 deposit (negotiable) and
1 month rent to be paid in advance.
