The house is a five minute walk to West Norwood Station, ten minute walk to Tulse Hill and well connected by buses to Central and South London. The local gym and swimming pool is at the end of the close and the pubs, restaurants and shops of West Norwood are a 3 minute stroll away.

There is a garage for storage and parking if required.

Current owner-housemate works full time and travels often for work. I am looking for other professionals to join the household.

Bills are included inc. water, gas, service charge, council tax (band D Lambeth), broadband, cleaner, window cleaning. Only bill not included is electricity which tenants can top up using a pay as you go meter.
