Spacious, unfurnished double room to rent in a 3 bed flat in the heart of West Norwood.

The available bedroom is a double room, bright and freshly painted white, with a skylight and additional window (both with black-out blinds). There is plenty of room for a double bed, chest of drawers and desk should you need to work from home, with plenty of room to spare. The room will come with a double wardrobe with a mirrored panel, although this can be removed if preferable. Bedroom doors are all lockable from inside and outside for additional security.

You would be living with me - an account manager in Covent Garden and Sophie, who works for a publisher in London Bridge.
Obviously at the moment, we are both working from home.
We enjoy spending time together with occasional house dinners and trips to the local pub, but are clean, tidy and respectful of each others lives, mindful that everyone needs their own space and downtime.

The flat comprises of two floors. On the first is a large, spacious living room/dining room with a separate fully fitted kitchen and the first bedroom. On the second floor there is the bathroom, with a bath and brand-new shower, two bedrooms and a utility room. This is where the available bedroom is.

Bills - Rent is £583 pcm and bills roughly coming to £90-£100 per month
