Double Room In Queen’S Park

I have a cosy ensuite ( own toilet outside the room) attic room for a single use available in Queen’s Park area. I am moving away to Australia for a year and unfortunately have to leave the flat. The room will be available from 24th November ( moving in date can flexible by a few days if needed but the room needs to be taken by the 24th of November).

The room itself is a decent size and comes with a lot of storage space. 

The house is located 5 mins walk from Queen’s Park station (overground Watford – Euston and Bakerloo line).

Queen’s Park itself is located 10 mins walk from the house with pubs and restaurants around. There is also M&S down the road and big Sainsbury’s nearby.

The house has 4 bedrooms, kitchen with a sitting area and a shared bathroom.

We are all female working professionals respecting each other’s privacy, keeping the flat clean and in a friendly atmosphere.

The rent is £495 pcm plus bills. Bills are around 60/80 so monthly. There is a deposit of £470 required.
