The home is a two bedroom apartment. I am the first person to live in this house, so all appliances are new and it is definitely a home. The room is currently on offer because I have moved to Spain. I can guarantee it is cozy and comfortable and NOT a box room (the pictures don't do it justice as it is a long shape).
