Hi,
I'm moving out of my current flat in the beginning of March and I'm looking for someone to take my lovely studio.
The studio is 36.62 sq. m and is in a new build, just 15 min away from Canary Wharf. It's perfect for someone who works in the area and wants to be able to walk to their office. Everything is brand new, the kitchen has plenty of storage and the space itself is quite spacious with its own massive balcony overlooking the inside courtyard.
Lidl and Tesco are literally a 3 min walk from the building and there is 24h concierge service. The building also has a private roof terrace which is a real game changer in the summer and you can see all of Canary Wharf from there.
The studio comes part furnished as it does have a bed and dining table + chairs. The property is managed by Dexters so if you're interested in arranging a viewing you will have to go through them.
Council tax for a single occupier is £85 a month, water is paid on a 6 month basis and the rest of the bills come to about not more than £50 per month (internet excluded).
I will be moving out in early March so looking for someone to move in around that time ideally.
