I'm leaving the country so I need a replacement for my very bright double room in a quiet apartment with a garden.
The apartment is on two levels, there is one bathroom a toilet and a shower. The kitchen is very spacious and works as a living space for us. The garden is huge, which we used to grow few veggies last year and we have barbecue and a table to eat on.
Bills depend on the season: being 40ish £ during the sumer and around 70£ in the winter.
The landlord is very easy and prompt when we need repairs. The flatmates are an English web developer, a Spanish graphic designer and a Maltese chef. We respect each other space and hang out for a communal dinner once per week.
