We are Maria and Simone, two tenants living in this beautiful flat in Westferry, just a few minutes walk from Canary Wharf. We are seeking a third person to join us and fill the flat.
Situated 2 minutes walk from the DLR station, 10 minutes from the Jubilee and Elizabeth lines. Bike storage is available on the ground floor, with CS5 just around the corner (very convenient for bike commuting).
The flat is a top-floor 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit (you'll share the bathroom with only one other flatmate), featuring an open modern kitchen, living room, and a spacious balcony. Wooden flooring is installed throughout the entire flat (there is no carpet anywhere). We have a double room available from 10/03/2024.
The contract length is 12 months, with a 6-month break clause. Bills are £112 per month, including gas, electricity, council tax, water, and fast broadband (up to 150mbps
