Double Room in friendly flat near Canary Wharf

Move in 16th January.

We have a double room to rent for a minimum of 6 months, a couple of minutes from Westferry DLR, and 10 minutes walking from the Elizabeth Line (Canary Wharf). Top floor (4th) flat, there's a lift and separate stairs - depending on how fit you're feeling.

We (Joseph & Ivan) are studying MSc's, about to start work in February, meaning we work hard and like to enjoy ourselves as well. Our interests are pretty broad, keeping fairly active with the odd park run, swimming or tennis. Both cook good food and have enjoyed flat dinners here and there.

We've lived in the flat since August 2021 and will be choosing our new flatmate, who will then provide a reference to our landlord who is friendly and decent - hence us staying beyond the initial 12 month lease. Minimum six months, ideally longer although this is flexible.

The room is available from January (likely 16th). It is Bedroom 1 on the attached floorplan, furnished with desk, wardrobe (hanging and shelved), double bed. We have a comfortable lounge with netflix/prime.

Bills aren't included - we split them equally and pay monthly. Energy wise it's as you'd expect given the current market - hopefully they come down later next year, so it's hard to be precise. Wifi is £10, water ~£20 (both monthly).

VIEWINGS: either before 22nd Dec, or from 28th Dec. In person ideally, deposit payable to secure the room, our Landlord's referencing should not take too long. If you wish to have the room sooner than March please let us know and we can discuss this further.
