The flat 🏠:
The flat is on the ground floor with a generous patio garden. (There are a couple of steps to access the property and stairs inside with no step free access)
Split over 2 levels with the living and kitchen area on the ground floor and a separate toilet.
Upstairs is the main bathroom with a bath/shower and 3 bedrooms.

The room 🛌:
The room comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.
Current bed is the previous flatmates, but the agency can provide a small double bed or you are welcome to bring or buy your own.
There is a built in cupboard in the upstairs landing exclusively for you for extra storage.
There is extra storage under the stairs for luggage.

You'll be living in a calm, friendly environment with me and my fantastic housemate! We’re both working females in our early 30s, we like to chat and help each other out, as much as respect each other’s space after busy working days.
