Double w/ private bathroom in 2 bed flat

Hi all,

Unfortunately my flatmate is moving back to Italy and I am therefore looking for someone to replace her. The flat is incredible for the price and location! Message me for more photos or info.

I'm looking for someone who works, clean and nice to chat to, preferably non-smoker. The landlord asks for the tenant to earn more than £31.5k/year.

Location:
- great location, 5 minutes walk from St James's Park tube station; 10 from Westminster, Pimlico or Victoria.
- quiet neighborhood
- plenty of shops around (Tesco 2 mins away, Sainsbury's 5 etc.)

Flat:
- concierge in the building (there from 7am to 7pm during the week, and on Saturday mornings)
- two lifts
- on 6th floor with a nice view and v little noise (the building faces a small private park and the Channel 4 building). Flat is exposed South-West so with the sun on the balcony in the afternoon / evening
- there is a protected Q-Park parking place
- 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen opening on the shared living room, a nice large balcony
- kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer / dryer

Room:
- own private large bathroom, good amount of storage space and a large (almost floor to ceiling) window.
- rent is £1,000 which doesn't include the bills (around another £150/month for: electricity, cleaner, internet and council tax).

Myself:
I'm 28, British & work in finance. I enjoy playing sports, seeing friends, cooking, etc. I also like visiting museums on weekends.
I work fairly long hours so am out of the flat quite a lot but like having a chat when around.
