The flat is a 10 minute walk from Whitehall, close to Tate Britain and short walk to St James' Park. It is a nice and safe neighbourhood with a local Sainsburys, coffee shops, a farmers market, pubs.

I have spent 3 very happy years here, so I can’t recommend highly enough! The flat is a very happy, calm space, so the flatmates are looking for a professional female aged 25 - 30, who is respectful of space and keeps quiet-ish after about 11. We are all proactive cleaners and keep common spaces tidy. We share costs simply using Monzo.
