Hi there, I am looking to move out and therefore need to get someone to take over my tenancy in Westminster (Royal Westminster Lodge, 3 Elverton Street, Westminster).
It’s a modern building (it’s not ex-council), very clean and well-maintained. You’ll only share a bathroom with one other person.
I got the room at a cheap rate on the basis that it was reduced due to COVID, hence I’m now looking for someone to take it over.
The rent steps up to 800 in January 2022, but you get four months on a super cheap rent (£725 per calendar month) with ALL BILLS INCLUDED.
I want to move out ASAP so those that can move in quickly will be given preference.
Other two flatmates are female young professionals, one in finance the other in media/games design. They’re really friendly but nice and quiet / respectful as well.
