Furnished en-suite room to sublet in Westminster

Hello!

I’m looking to sublet a bright and spacious en-suite room as part of a 2bed flat in Westminster.

The room is available from 2nd May 2024 to 6th July 2024, preferably to let for the entire time but shorter lets can also be considered.

All bills included (speedy wifi, electricity, water etc) for £1435pcm

The shared spaces in the flat are a spacious living room and separate kitchen with all appliances, as well as a balcony. It’s on the first floor of a building with a concierge and lift access. It’s on a super quiet and safe lane/general area.
If you have a car or need parking at any point the flat also comes with a private parking space as part of the building

Great connectivity to different places in central London, with St James’ park station (district/circle line) and Pimlico station (Victoria line) within 5-10mins walking distance from the flat. There’s also many bus stops around to get to most places within 20mins.

You would be sharing the flat with another flatmate - a 23 y/o female working in finance. Together, we maintain a good standard of cleanliness around the flat and enjoy exploring London/going out on the weekends.

We would prefer to have someone in our age range to sublet for the duration. No preference for students/professionals as long as you are clean and friendly 😊
If possible, it would also be great if you could look after my houseplants while I’m away (they’re not needy and only need some watering once every 10 days!)
