Roomate Wanted in beautiful 3 bed flat in Pimlico

We're looking for someone to take over a lease as of January 15th until September 2025. It’s one bedroom, in a three-bedroom flat. The flat is lovely and in a beautiful location. It’s in Pimlico, with great transport links (a three-minute walk from Pimlico tube station), and it’s within walking distance of Victoria Station (10-minute walk), which is ideal. It is also a street away from lots of cute shops and restaurants. The bedroom has amazing lighting, a big wardrobe and a chest of drawers, a desk and a super king-sized bed with a brand-new mattress. It’s spacious, cosy and has plenty of storage. We share one bathroom; the toilet is separate. We just had a lot of things fixed, so everything in the flat is up to date, including a new fridge. The kitchen is also spacious and has a lovely balcony. The flat is in a beautiful, quiet building that a famous architect designed.
