Hello! We have a beautiful and cosy studio approx. 5-10 minutes walk from St James Park and Westminster Abbey we want to let out. Currently living here, we are moving to the outskirts of the city. The flat is in a quiet residential area. It comes with a small kitchen, lounge/sleeping area, separate bathroom and storage room. The flat is on the top floor (5th) and there is no lift in the building. We are looking for a reliable, clean and tidy professional to entrust our beautiful flat to. Female preferred. Rent includes all bills except energy and internet, which averges £80 a month. The flat is not available to couples. Thank you.
