A luxurious studio flat on the 17th floor of Urbanest Student Accommodations. This spacious flat has amazing views of the Westminster Bridge, the London eye, and the houses of Parliament. This is the ideal location for students as it is only situated five minutes away from both Waterloo and Westminster tube stations.

Tenants also have access to the 18th floor, which has a 360 view of London and plenty of space to play games such as ping pong (provided in the building) and socialise with friends. There is also a swimming pool, gym, and a sauna.

The flat is very modern, with one double bed, a kitchen with a fridge, an electric stove and a microwave. The bathroom is new and modern complete with a shower and toilet.

I'm currently looking for a replacement tenant to take up my contract with Urbanest as I'm moving out of my flat earlier than I anticipated. Due to Urbanest guidelines, the tenant has to be a student studying in the UK and willing to take on my contract till the end date (around August).
