Lease Term: Flexible start date, from the end of May (around the 25th preferably) through August 31st.

Rent: £300 per week, with a contract transfer directly through official dormitory channels. Water and electricity bills included.

Flat Facilities: The room features underfloor heating with individual thermostat control, a desk lamp, and a waste bin. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a sink, four cooking hobs, a small refrigerator, storage cabinets (one per flatmate), a table, and three chairs. There are two bathrooms.

Building Amenities: Security Team available 24/7. Amenities include a printer, a parcel delivery and retrieval area at reception, and loanable vacuum cleaners. Residents enjoy access to a gym with a swimming pool and sauna, a ping pong table, a scenic balcony with views of the London Eye, and various study areas.
