Flatshare overlooking Westminster

Looking for a flatmate for a 13th floor apartment - the balcony and windows overlook Westminster Palace, the London Eye and central London.

The apartment is a newly let. I'll be providing the furniture for the lounge, kitchen and bathroom, the room, however, is for the tenant to appropriately organize (bed will be provided, but if you have furniture already this is also possible).

I am going to be moving into the apartment, as it is a new lease and am looking for someone to take up the second room. It is 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom and the bedroom available leads directly onto the balcony. The apartment has an additional outdoor storage area attached to the apartment for storing a bike or winter sports equipment.

I'm looking for someone who is a professional, not working from home. I am social, but if you travel or are not around it's not a deal breaker. The potential flatmate needs to be clean, do weekly rotations of cleaning or agree to a paid for cleaning service,

The apartment price doesn't include bills. I estimate it to be around £100-£150. All bills will be split 50/50 so may vary slightly month to month.

I am a professional working in information technology in central London. I tend to stick to my own cooking routines, and rarely do shared meals.
