Previously used for storage/shed. Has large single bed with mattress & bedding. Ensuite shower unit with hot water and wc. Fridge freezer and microwave. Calor heater (used for camping) is available for use. We have Sky WiFi but unfortunately it does not reach that far. You have your own entrance and privacy. Ideally looking for lodger with renovation skills...skimming walls, ceiling, plumbing and wiring as I would like some work done in my house...Rent is negotiable accordingly.
