Looking for a flatmate in cute north London flat!

Heya gang! Looking for another flatmate as my current one is moving out of this lovely flat we rent together. (moving in with her boyfriend so exciting life stuff rather than escaping here!)

Obviously you can see from the pics below we’ve done it up so cute (although the pictures of my flatmates bedroom and bathroom are from the listing as she’s away). I’ve included pics of how I’ve done my bedroom for inspo.

We have a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, a bathroom each (mine is en-suite but you’d have exclusive use of the other bathroom), I also have a bread maker, airfryer and sofa bed in the living room which you’d be welcome to make use of and there’s also free on street parking available!

The flat is unfurnished however I have a car so happy to try and help with Facebook marketplace purchases/IKEA trips where I can!

Price: £875 not including bills
Closest tube station: Totteridge and Whetstone, a ten minute walk away, Northern Line
Local area: Tons of adorable independent cafes!
Move in date: Early/mid March some time I think

Whetstone is a superrr safe area, genuinely the safest I’ve ever felt in London and I’ve moved around a lot. I have absolutely no concerns about walking home from the tube stop at night as a young woman.

Now last but not least, about me (who you’ll be sharing the flat with!). I’m 23, I work in politics and love going to the gym. I would really love to have someone I can be friends with and grab a drink or brunch with sometimes.
