I am looking to sublet my lovely flat in my comfortable bedroom.
The room itself is completely furnished and ready to be moved into.
The flat is in a great location within 10 minutes walk to the central line / Hammersmith and city line / metropolitan line. Its located next to lime bike hubs and is also a stones throw away from Westfield shopping centre...
You'd be sharing the flat with two girls - India and Ruth. Both busy and accomplished. While it's a friendly and easy going place to live we all very much live our own lives. It's NOT a party flat. Its more 'safe haven' vibes - it's clean and well cared for and we have a weekly cleaner (included in the bills)
We are looking for someone naturally tidy who wants to keep the space feeling homey and wholesome.
The rent is 850 PLUS bills (which come to about 150 including a weekly cleaner, internet, tv, etc...)
I am looking for someone who wants to move in asap.
