Cosy room with a double bed available immediately in a 3 bed 1 bathroom flat.

Looking for someone who can move in ASAP!

I'm (hesitantly) moving out due to my job! The current flatmates, Julia and Lydia, are friendly, tidy, and respectful. Julia has been a tenant for around >3 years now, and has done the living room up really nicely, as you can see from the photos.

Julia is South African, and Lydia is British. Both are working professionals in their 20s, and WFH 1-2 times a week.

The room is compact since the double bed takes up space, but there is plenty of shelving units for storage, as you can see in the photos. If needed, you can WFH on the spacious dining table in the living room.

The flat is managed by Winkworth, and rent of £ 945/month is paid directly to them. We have a contract with them that runs til October, which can be renewed.

Bills (council tax, electricity, water, WiFi) are fixed at £ 113.50/month, and are handled by Julia.

Washing machine has no dryer, but there is space to hang laundry to dry in the living room as can be seen in the photos.

Flat is located in a residential neighbourhood. Grocery options include Tesco Express and Sainsbury's Local (nearby), and Waitrose and M&S at Westfield (10-15min walk). It's also really well-connected, with the Central line, Hammersmith/Circle, Overground, and major bus stops, all in the area.
