The room is available from the 12th of February. This is a one year contract ( with a break clause) which you can renew if you’d like.

This is a double room in a 5 room house share and is located on the ground floor. The room comes fully furnished with TWO WARDROBES, a chest of drawers and a double bed. There is a toilet downstairs as well as a bathroom plus an extra shower upstairs. Rent is £1043 pm, all bills included. The house comes with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and two fridges. There is a small garden/patio outside for a nice barbecue!

The house is just opposite the White City underground. Wood lane station is less than a 5 minute walk and Shepherd’s bush station is less than a 10 minute walk. Westfield, BBC studios, Imperial College London are all 5 mins away. We have a tesco’s and a few cafes nearby. Waitrose, Aldi, Shepherd’s bush market are all only 10 mins away.

You will be sharing with 4 other working professionals in their mid 20s - 4 females and 1 male. We enjoy catching up in the kitchen and doing things together but we also have our own lives outside. I have lived here for two years and absolutely loved it.
