Nice single bed, with fresh new mattress and the beddings, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a study desk.

The house is modern, fully furnished, and always kept clean. We have a bi-weekly cleaner on 2th and 16th of the month, we are also in the habit of cleaning after ourselves as we go.

There is a family bathroom with separate shower unit upstairs, and toilet & a sink downstairs.

The kitchen area is nice and spacious, with a breakfast table, which lead to a separate sitting area with separate dinning table.

We have access to two huge private gardens in the property, with a nice little open air gym facility.

Lodger fee is £600 and £300 deposit, paid in advance.( I live here myself)

Only individuals with full-time employment please.

It includes all the bills (5G WI-FI), bi-weekly cleaner, as well as hand soap, toilet papers, washing machine powder, dish washer and etc…

About the area;

5min to huge Sainsbury's by the Tottenham Stadium and The Gym.

10min to White Hart Lane Station- 25min Liverpool Street
10min to Northumberland Park Station- 15min Stratford
Busses- 12min Seven Sisters, 15min Wood Green, 35min Finsbury Park Stations
