You'll be sharing with a sociable Italian professional who works shifts in London. I’m looking for a sublet for my room who is clean, respectful, and enjoys a peaceful, friendly atmosphere. While there is a friendly cat in the house, we can’t accommodate any more pets—so pet lovers are welcome, but pet owners, unfortunately, are not.
House Rules:

🚭 Smoking is allowed only outside.
👥 Guests or overnight stays should be notified in advance.
🧹 Shared spaces are to be kept tidy and respected.
Rent & Duration:

💰 £225 per week, including all bills.
📅 Available for 2 to 6 months, with the possibility of renewal after 6 months.

📌 Note: Computer screens and clothes in the closet will be removed before you move in.
