There is a clean, modern and functional bathroom with shower and bathtub. Hot water and heating comes from the building and is always available. Landlord is responsive and helpful with getting repairs done. No shared living room.
The building has a secure-door entry, with a bus stop right outside. The flat itself is modern, and slickly decorated. Flatmates are expected to cooperate and share the chores to keep the flat clean and tidy, so please only apply if you are willing to share this responsibility.
Whole flat repainted in April 2023.
