We’re looking for someone to join our amazing house.

It’s a large Georgian house, with 4 floors including a lower-ground floor. It has 4 bedrooms and bathrooms (one of them being a studio across the patio).

It has a big, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room (washer and dryer), a small tv room, and a patio with a barbecue, table and chairs.

The room is on the 1st floor from the entrance, facing the patio (not the street), has a working fireplace, and shares a bathroom with 1 other person.

The house is near the tube station, and a short distance from the City and Brick Lane:

— 2-5min walk to 3 supermarkets
— 3min walk from Whitechapel station (district, circle, H&C, overground)
— 7min walk from Brick Lane
— 20-30min walk to the City (7-10min cycle)

Monthly bills come to £90 including Council Tax, Internet, Water, Gas and Electricity. We pay an additional £50 each for a trusted cleaner that comes weekly and also irons shirts.

There's a £50 admin fee for the contract change.

We’re 3 guys 1 Danish and 2 from Portugal, 25-28yo, who’ve been in the UK a long time. Very friendly and social, we hang out together a lot and often have dinner together during the week. So we’re looking for someone who really fits in and will be a part of the house, and not just living there.
