I have a spacious double bedroom available for a single person.
The room comes furnished with a new double bed, mattress and wardrobe.
That flat is a modern warehouse conversion and I have it equipped with all the mod cons.

The flat is located within a 10 minute walk of both Whitechapel and Bethnal Green stations and Shadwell station just a few moments walk away. Spitalfields, Shoreditch, Victoria Park and Brick lane all within 20 minutes or less walk.

The rent is £850pcm and includes all bills; Gas & Electric, wifi, water, TV license and council tax.

I am Rhian; a 33 year old professional.
You’ll find me commentating on questionable TV shows or trying to perfect the home made espresso martini.
I enjoy cooking, usually with a glass of wine and going to the gym or out for a run most evenings after work, if I don’t accidentally detour into one of the great east end pubs on the doorstep of course (pre covid days)
As much as I enjoy a wine or a G&T it isn’t a party flat, so I am looking for someone with similar interests and of a similar age and preferably female, someone looking to gain a friendship as well as a flat share and maybe someone who knows how to keep house plants alive 😬
