Hi all!
I am looking for a flatmate for a brand new flat in Whitechapel.
Just 5 minutes walk to the station
and Brick Lane\shoreditch 15 mins walk away..
There is a huge Sainsbury’s super close (6 w mins).
There is also a gym in the building (peloton studio included) and private cinema (yay)..
I have only moved in recently and your bedroom is equipped with brand new furniture, brand new Emma mattress and some decor which you are welcome to change.
Living room furniture is still in progress, so pictures will follow.
There is a quite big balcony, with great sun in the afternoon!
As for me I am currently working from home but travelling quite a lot, so you can have the place by yourself when I am away. When I am home I don’t mind spending some time together but I also respect personal space and time.
All bills included and happy to discuss rent for a Mon-Fri type of occupancy ;)
