We are looking for two new roommates to join us in a student flat-share in Whitechapel. The rooms are furnished and are a good size with the third floor room being 8.33 meters squared and the first floor room being 6 meters squared. The three current male roommates are all thoughtful and tidy university students (one at KCL and two at UCL). We are looking to welcome in two more students from any university.
The transport links are excellent; the Whitechapel tube station is just around the corner, giving you easy access to the District, Hammersmith & City, and Elizabeth lines in addition to the overground. Bus links are also super convenient. It also takes less than 20mins to get to KCL Strand Campus.
There are two shared bathrooms, each with its own shower in addition to an outdoor space.
Please also note that since everyone living in the flat will be a student, we are exempt from council tax and the contact runs to July 2022.
